docs: cache-dependency-glob matches relative to the working directory (#1092)

Hello!

In #498 the behaviour of the `cache-dependency-glob` flag changed from
being relative to repository root to being relative to
`working-directory`. This is not yet documented in README.md.
[docs/caching.md](https://github.com/astral-sh/setup-uv/blob/f64d32b1cd6cc11405a74665b3dfb7bb86fea9f0/docs/caching.md#cache-dependency-glob)
already documents this behaviour correctly.
